PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Tthe Middleburg Historic District Review Committee will hold a public hearing beginning at 5:30 p.m. on February 4, 2010 at the Middleburg Town Office, 10 W. Marshall Street, Middleburg, Virginia to hear public comments on COA 10-01: An application by the Shiloh Baptist Church to consider the tear down of a structure more than 75 years old, located at 304 A E. Marshall Street.
Copies of the proposed permit and related documents may be examined at the TownOffice from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondaythrough Friday. _________________________________________________________________________

CoCongressman Wolf's representative, Ms. Donna Lee Crowley, will visit the Town Hall on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 3:00-4:00 p.m. Mrs. Crowley will be available to talk with constituents who need assistance or have problems of a Federal nature, such as with the Social Security Administration, Department of Labor, Immigration and Naturalization Service, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, etc. Citizens are also welcome to express their opinions on matters of concern, particularly national topics or issues before the United States Congress.

If you qualify as a lower income household, you may be able to participate in the Weatherization Program, funded by the Federal Recovery Act. This program provides free services to make homes more energy efficient. Possible assistance includes inspections to find leaks, installing new insulation, and the repair/replacement of your heating system. COUNTY OF LOUDOUN EVACUATION ASSISTANCE REGISTRY (CLEAR)
The CLEAR Program is a secure, voluntary registry for anyone who lives or works in Loudoun County who has a mobility, hearing or vision impairment; mental illness, cognitive disability or other disabilities or medical needs, and who requires assistance to safely evacuate during an emergency. Caregivers of CLEAR-eligible individuals may also register. Information from the registry will be made available to authorized emergency personnel for use in an emergency requiring evacuation.
