The position provides staff support to the Town Planner and Zoning Administrator and requires the ability to conduct research and work with customers in an open and public environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated an ability to read and interpret codes, site plans and subdivision plats, with supervision. Requires a bachelor’s degree in urban or regional planning, architecture, public administration or a related field, with at least two years of experience in development review and code administration preferred.
