Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA)

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on an as-need basis to adjudicate appeals and requests for variances of zoning regulations. All meetings are publicized by newspaper advertisements and on the monthly calendar at the Town Office. All meetings are held at the Middleburg Town Office, 10 West Marshall Street in Middleburg unless otherwise noted.
